• Base Price: $854 (for up to 4 people)
• Add $85 per person for each additional passenger (up to 11 passengers max)

Travel Information:

• Travel Time: Allow around 3.5–4 hours each way with stops en route, plus a quick bite.
• Pick Up & Drop Off: Price includes drop off and pick up at Mount Cook Village, including all track trail transfers if needed.

Tour Highlights:

• Hooker Valley Track: A scenic, easy-to-moderate trail leading to the iconic Hooker Valley Foot Bridge and amazing views of the Mount Cook area.
• Kea Point Track (optional): A shorter, yet rewarding walk with stunning panoramic views of Mount Cook.
• Tasman Glacier View (optional): Witness the spectacular frozen chunks of glacier ice and panoramic views of Mount Cook and the Southern Alps.

Shuttle Details:

• Shuttle Type:
  • For 8 or fewer people, we’ll use the Limousine Shuttle for a luxury experience.
  • For 9 or more people, we’ll use the Hiace Mini-Bus to comfortably accommodate your group.
• Vehicle Features:
  • Luxury shuttles equipped with fridge, USB charging ports, Wi-Fi, sound system, and more.

Booking Process:

1. Deposit: A $200 refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

2. Balance Payment: The balance is payable at the time of pick-up via mobile EFTPOS (please make the payment with one card for ease).
3. Passenger Adjustments: If the number of passengers changes, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Additional Information:

• Fuel Surcharge: A $10 per 100km fuel surcharge will apply (approx. $60 for the round trip).
• Driver Overnight: If required, there is a $185 overnight charge for our driver’s accommodation (meals and accommodation not included).
• Extra Stops & Time: Should you wish to make extra stops or extend your journey (e.g., winery tours or additional walks), these are available for an additional $85 per hour.
