We had an absolutely amazing experience with Haula private shuttles. I could not recommend highly enough. We travelled through a period of bad weather to Milford Sound with road closures and our driver Karan could not have been more helpful or accomodating. We changed our departure date from the lodge to make it back prior to road closures and nothing was a bother or too hard. Manni was also so helpful throughout our whole booking experience. Shuttle was immaculate and so comfortable for a long trip. Wouldn’t book anywhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!

Have a trip in wanaka 3day2night with manni, he was contact and reply in quick.

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the private transfer service provided during our recent journey.Together we booked an airport transfer for our last day here.

What truly set this service apart was our driver's remarkable attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
In addition to ensuring a smooth, safe drive and maintaining a pristine vehicle, the driver kindly assisted us with purchasing ice and duck food along our route.
This thoughtful gesture saved us considerable time and demonstrated a rare, genuine commitment to customer care.
I highly recommend this private transfer service to anyone seeking reliable, flexible, and high-quality transportation. We look forward to booking with them again in the future.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I had made an error with booking my private transfer from Wānaka to Queenstown and they were prompt to help manage the issue on my end, and went above and beyond to make sure that the transfer was complete. Oh! AND my headphones were left in the van and they CAME BACK and returned them. It was not a great day, but Haula VIP turned it around for us!
Very quick to answer calls, emails and texts. Communication is top tier! Incredible service truly! I definitely recommend 10/10!

We needed a private transfer from Queenstown to Milford Sound and back.

Haula VIP Private Shuttle, Queenstown is just about the right team for any such travel arrangement in and around Queenstown.

Mani was taking us and I must say his driving skills were excellent. Time is of essence and he was on time, almost always!

We enjoyed the trip and thank the whole team for taking care of us. Mani deserves a thumbs up.

We were first time to New Zealand, maani was our tour guide. He was really patient with big noisy group of 12. He drove us to Milford sound from queenstown. We highly recommend Maani.

We were having a hard time finding transport in Queenstown, since most people usually rent a car and drive themselves. The options we found were either too expensive or didn’t quite feel right, until we discovered Haula VIP Private Shuttle. From the very first message, their hospitality stood out. They gave us the best deal, but more importantly, they made us feel truly cared for.

Every request we made was met with a warm “yes” and never a “no.” From our initial encounter to our farewell, we always felt we were in good hands. We’ve been traveling as a family for over a decade and have rented many private shuttles around the world, but we must say Haula really impressed us especially MANNI. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made our Queenstown experience even more memorable.

We highly recommend Haula VIP Private Shuttle to anyone visiting Queenstown. With them, you’re not just getting transport, you’re getting a trustworthy partner who will take care of you and show you the best of Queenstown.
