  • Our Base cost for up to 6 passengers (Regardless of number) is $385 inc (For and includes up to 4 hours) * Add $49pp over 6 people – We then simply charge $85phrs total or part there-of for any hours over and above 4hrsOur shuttle obviously runs a lot longer as from our base at Lake Hayes to pick you all up, to drop you all back end of day back to base… It can be a big day for our Drive Guides too!There is NO additional fuel charge for local winery or group tours (That is applied to all long range Transport bookings over 150km)*For 7 or less, we try to get you all into the Luxury FORD Shuttle, For groups 8 or more the larger 11 seater Shuttle is yours for the dayIf you wish to book confirm a HAULA Private Shuttle for this day, then that’s easy to!

    * Balance payable at end of your day on mobile EFTPOS if that’s easy. One card please (we cant split 6-8-10 ways)
    * Local Winery BeSpoke Bookings allow for up to 150kms (Plenty, but we have had some groups change tact and request Cromwell, and or Wanaka or the historic Cardrona Hotel en-route, which we obviously can do with ease as we ARE BESPOKE… but allow for .50c per km over 150km allowance)
    * If a member or a number of your group request an early return, (some people do fade, fee unwell or any myriad of reasons on the day) we can obviously do that… HAULA is all about YOU, and Not US! Just allow $145 for an additional unplanned early or later pick up AFTER or BEFORE the main group or original SPLIT group drop off
    * A client cancellation with 24 hours of booking start incurs a deposit forfeit
    * A client cancellation 3 days out incurs a $100 dollar forfeit (We simply refund the balance back on the deposit CC)
    * A client cancellation more than 3 days from start of booking, we will refund ALL back
    (Cancellation caused by GOVT lock-down, or Act of God, or otherwise out of our control is 100% REFUND of deposit)

  • HAULA Allows responsible drinking onboard, We have onboard Fridges your welcome to utilize, plus multiple USB charges, and great Sound Systems for those groups that LOVE to SING!Remember. WE ARE 100% Bespoke, which means its YOUR time and YOUR itinerary, not ours.Our Guides will be there for you, and most groups tend to want to divert thru Arrowtown on the way back to Queenstown (usually for a look), some end up doing dinner there, or drop past a Bottle Shop on the way back in.The younger groups tend to head back for Qtown for the party scene, and the more ‘mature’ are happy with quiet time in Arrowtown…. It’s always different…So, the day is often around 5-6 hours * Exp 10.30am to 4pm ish drop back (trust me on that, HAULA is doing groups out there every week, sometimes 3-4 days a week)  


 

 

COSTS

Our Base cost for up to 6 passengers (Regardless of number) is $385 inc (For and includes up to 4 hours) – Add $49pp above 6 people

** Price covers a minimum charge, regardless of 2 to 6 passengers. It is not viable for us otherwise.

* Add $49pp over 6 to Max 19 passengers (Or 20 corporate in TWO Shuttles) Or 40 people in our (overflow) TWO Shuttles and 22 Seater Mini Coach (BASE COST)

*** Additional side trip wineries, dinner, lunch stops are all possible or even over NEW Zealand’s Highest Highway into Cardrona Hotel

We can do it ALL – Its YOUR Itinerary…. and about YOU!

Add $85 Per hour over 4 hours, as some groups wish to extend a trip, or have a few drinks / dinner en-route

* Current Diesel Fuel Surcharge is $10 per 100kms From your pick up to Drop Off (Any Trips OVER 100kms)
* We have a $10 phr driver guide surcharge on Public Holidays, evenings after 8pm and Weekends (as our Driver Guides are paid penal rates)
* Christmas Day and New Years Day add $85 please. Its a usual day where our team have family and friends time off
* Add $12 Airport PU or Drop (QAL charge us a commercial access fee)
