Shuttle Details & Pricing:
Base Price:
- $485 for up to 6 passengers, which includes up to 5 hours of service.
- Add $49 per person for groups larger than 6.
Additional time: $85 per hour (charged for any time over the initial 5 hours).
Distance & Location:
- The service includes local winery tours (within 150 km radius) with no additional fuel charge for winery or group tours.
- For groups requesting destinations like Cromwell, Wanaka, or Cardrona Hotel, a fee of $0.50/km will apply for travel beyond the 150 km limit.
Transport Options:

- For groups of 7 or fewer, you will travel in a Luxury Ford Shuttle.
- For groups of 8 or more, the larger 11-seater shuttle will be provided.
Booking & Payment Information:
Booking Process:
- To confirm your booking, a $200 refundable deposit is required.
- The balance is payable at the end of your day via mobile EFTPOS (one card per group).
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations within 3 days incur a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 3 days before the booking or more will receive a full refund.
- If the cancellation is due to government lockdowns or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded.
