REMEMBER, OUR SHUTTLE HAS TO TRAVEL both WAYS REGARDLESS IF YOUR being Picked UP or Dropped off. That is around 250kms , or 4 hours travel for our driver and Shuttle Van. Always keep that in mind! we are a Private Be Spoke NON scheduled ANYTIME service!
SHUTTLE NOTES:
1: We can transport up to 11 people MAX. We are a professionally licensed transport operation, and there are local laws that we must comply to for both safety and insurance needs.
2: Drop off and Pick UP Shuttle includes All fuel and your local awesome professional tour guide driver
3: DOOR TO TRACK DIRECT – PRIVATE BeSpoke Group ANYTIME
4: You are welcome to loan one of Garmin In-Reach Sat Comms Units when out and away from Cellular coverage (In case your time frames and or plans change while your on the trail) *These MUST be pre-booked, as we have a very limited number available *Conditions of use obviously apply as these are FREE and On Loan
6: Add $55 per return sector for our Shuttle Trailer IF and When required for any large volumes of Equipment or Luggage (Movie and Events mostly) – we do NOT tow this for smaller groups less than
* Current Diesel Fuel Surcharge is $10 per 100kms From your pick up to Drop Off (Any Trips OVER 100kms)
* We have a $10 phr driver guide surcharge on Public Holidays, evenings after 8pm and Weekends (as our Driver Guides are paid penal rates)
* Christmas Day and New Years Day add $85 please. Its a usual day where our team have family and friends time off
* Add $12 Airport PU or Drop (QAL charge us a commercial access fee)
8: Please add $85 total per shuttle to Drive into – Chinamans Bluff and or Muddy Creek (Dart Rees Track Start, Pic up Points)
