Our Private Group Shuttle offers a high-end transport solution from Queenstown to Rhythm & Alps or Cardrona Wanaka Valley. Travel comfortably in a modern, state-of-the-art shuttle, ideal for small groups (2-11 passengers). The shuttle typically takes around 1 hour 10 minutes.
Shuttle Notes
1. Route Options:
- Private Group Shuttle – Queenstown to or from Rhythm & Alps – Cardrona Wanaka Valley
- One-Way Trip Only
- Price Per Person (PP) – Minimum 2, Maximum 11 passengers
- Price includes drop-off to one location.
2. Travel Time:
- The shuttle takes around 1 hour 10 minutes depending on traffic and stops along the way.
Booking Process:
- Step 1: Fill out the booking form here, including your preferred pick-up time.
- Step 2: After availability is confirmed, a $200 deposit link will be sent for groups of 5 or more, or a full payment link for groups of 1-4.
- Step 3: Once the deposit or full payment is received, your booking will be formally confirmed.
Last-Minute Bookings:
- If you are booking within 5 days of the event, please call us directly, as availability may be limited.

Booking and Cancellation Policies
Fixed Time Slots:
- Booking slots are fixed and cannot be changed. To ensure punctuality, all group members must be present at the designated pick-up time.
No Shows & Late Cancellations:
- No refunds will be given for no-shows, passengers who miss their pick-up time, or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
Event Cancellation:
- If the event is cancelled by December 15th, full refunds will be issued.
- If the event is impacted by weather or unforeseen circumstances after December 15th, a $40 per person fee will be retained, with the balance refunded.
Operational Adjustments:
- We have reduced shuttle slots and seats available for better on-time performance this year. A Haula Load Master will be on-site at the event to help direct passengers to the correct shuttles.
