Description

Our Private Group Shuttle offers a high-end transport solution from Queenstown to Rhythm & Alps or Cardrona Wanaka Valley. Travel comfortably in a modern, state-of-the-art shuttle, ideal for small groups (2-11 passengers). The shuttle typically takes around 1 hour 10 minutes.

Shuttle Notes

1. Route Options:

  • Private Group Shuttle – Queenstown to or from Rhythm & Alps – Cardrona Wanaka Valley
  • One-Way Trip Only
  • Price Per Person (PP) – Minimum 2, Maximum 11 passengers
  • Price includes drop-off to one location.

2. Travel Time:

  • The shuttle takes around 1 hour 10 minutes depending on traffic and stops along the way.
Booking Process:
  • Step 1: Fill out the booking form here, including your preferred pick-up time.
  • Step 2: After availability is confirmed, a $200 deposit link will be sent for groups of 5 or more, or a full payment link for groups of 1-4.
  • Step 3: Once the deposit or full payment is received, your booking will be formally confirmed.

Last-Minute Bookings:

  • If you are booking within 5 days of the event, please call us directly, as availability may be limited.

Alpha – 8-seat Luxury Shuttle – $89 per person

  • Pick-up: 2 PM, 3:30 PM, or 5:45 PM
  • Return: 12:15 AM, 1:00 AM, or 2:45 AM

Beta – 11-seat Shuttle – $89 per person (Door-to-Door)

  • Pick-up: 3:30 PM or 5:45 PM
  • Return: 12:45 AM or 3:00 AM

Charlie – 11-seat Shuttle (Hub Only) – $79 per person

  • Pick-up: 3 PM, 5 PM, or 7 PM
  • Return: 12:15 AM, 1:45 AM, or 3:15 AM

Echo – 17-seat New Mini Bus – $89 per person (Hub Only)

    • Pick-up: 4 PM or 6 PM
    • Return: 12:30 AM, 2:45 AM

Golf – 22-seat Mini Coach Bus – $89 per person (Hub Only)

    • Pick-up: 3 PM or 5:30 PM

Return: 12:45 AM or 2:45 AM

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Fixed Time Slots:

  • Booking slots are fixed and cannot be changed. To ensure punctuality, all group members must be present at the designated pick-up time.

No Shows & Late Cancellations:

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows, passengers who miss their pick-up time, or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.

Event Cancellation:

  • If the event is cancelled by December 15th, full refunds will be issued.
  • If the event is impacted by weather or unforeseen circumstances after December 15th, a $40 per person fee will be retained, with the balance refunded.

Operational Adjustments:

  • We have reduced shuttle slots and seats available for better on-time performance this year. A Haula Load Master will be on-site at the event to help direct passengers to the correct shuttles.
