* HOW do I book my group please?
1: Send us your basic simple booking request form HERE: https://haula.co.nz/easy-booking-shuttle-online-form/
* Make sure you specify a preferred time for your group pick up each way
* If you are booking for BOTH days before Dec 15th 2022 – You will need to pay the entire booking fee and confirm your exact group number
2: Once we confirm space and availability back to you VIA Email – You will be sent a $200 deposit link for a group of 5 or more, OR (4 of less) a payment link to pre-pay!
3: Once we have your deposit or full booking payment (for 1-4 passengers) we will formally confirm your space and booking
** If you are booking within 5 days from the event – you will have to CALL US direct, as we anticipate spaces and availability to be extremely tight.

BOOKING Notes:
* Booking slot times are FIXED and can NOT be changed, Remembering other groups are also booked in so trying to move ONE group means it effected everyone which wont happen
* No Refunds are given for no shows, passengers whom do not turn up on time, or cancel within 48 hours of their booked pick up slots.
* We will NOT have time to wait for any ‘stragglers’ or missing group members at pick up time, so Look after each other and MAKE SURE you are at Pick up Point as booked for your slot time. EVERY SEAT will be pre-booked, and it is NOT a first come first seated system!
* No changes to a booking, time slots or confirmed shuttle times can be made after Dec 15th. We simply have FAR too many people effected. Your welcome to request a refund under the normal time frame terms here-in!
* If the event is cancelled by Dec 15th, full refunds will be paid back onto the originating Credit card the payment was made on.
* If the event is otherwise effected by weather or an any UN-foreseen event AFTER Dec 15th, we will retain $40pp per booking confirmed (To cover operations costs already realized by us at Head Office). The balance will be refunded back onto the originating card.
* In 2021, we Operated 8 Shuttles and ran considerably behind out pre-booked time frames. This event we have reduced both our shuttle slots and also seats available. This will take the pressure OFF Our Drivers, AND Hopefully offer a better ON TIME performance to you all!
* We will have a HAULA ‘LOAD MASTER* based over at R&A event from 11pm onward. HE will be directing you all onto the correct shuttles. He will be in uniform and was on site last year also
