We travelled through a period of bad weather to Milford Sound with road closures and our driver Karan could not have been more helpful or accomodating. We changed our departure date from the lodge to make it back prior to road closures and nothing was a bother or too hard. Manni was also so helpful throughout our whole booking experience. Shuttle was immaculate and so comfortable for a long trip. Wouldn’t book anywhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!

I had made an error with booking my private transfer from Wānaka to Queenstown and they were prompt to help manage the issue on my end, and went above and beyond to make sure that the transfer was complete. Oh! AND my headphones were left in the van and they CAME BACK and returned them. It was not a great day, but Haula VIP turned it around for us!

Mani was taking us and I must say his driving skills were excellent. Time is of essence and he was on time, almost always!
